Learn about Propel L.A.’s FREE 8 week Short-Term Workforce Training Program and the life-changing opportunities at El Camino College that will help your clients move out poverty by accessing high-wage potential jobs and career pathways. This is training ideal for the local South Bay & South Los Angeles industries like aerospace and advanced manufacturing. The next round of classes begins February 11, 2019!
This program is specifically geared for underemployed, opportunity youth (18-24), formerly incarcerated, and anyone not within a government funded workforce program. We invite you to bring your clients or anyone in your network who you think would benefit from this life changing opportunity! Our program will include remarks by Assemblywoman Autumn Burke, presentations by The South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB), and El Camino College, followed by a machine tooling demonstration and tour of the El Camino College campus.
